Cetyl alcohol is a waxy alcohol mixture, it is soluble in ethanol and almost insoluble in water.
Fumei’s cetyl alcohol is a natural saturated fatty alcohol, which can be used in oral and external preparations as blockers and ointment matrix. It can be used as viscosity booster, emulsifier and thickener in ointment, and at the same time, it can improve the water absorption performance of ointment.
